Eli ElezraEli Elezra (born November 24, 1960 in Jerusalem) is an Israeli professional poker player and a businessman, now living in Las Vegas, Nevada.

While he was in Israel, Elezra was a lieutenant in the Golani Brigade. He was bedridden by a leg injury; during this time he began playing poker.

Since moving to America, Elezra has made numerous money finishes in the (WSOP) in Omaha, Texas Hold ‘em and Draw events.

In July 2004, Elezra won the World Poker Tour (WPT) $10,000 no limit hold’em event at the 2004 Mirage Poker Showdown, where he won $1,024,574.

Elezra has played in “The Big Game” in Vegas for many years. He appeared in the second and third seasons of the Poker Superstars Invitational Tournament. He is currently playing in the GSN series High Stakes Poker.

According to an episode of the GSN show High Stakes Poker that aired in 2006, Elezra donated $50,000 to complete a gym for his former commando unit.

Elezra won his first bracelet by winning the World Championship Seven Card Stud Hi-Low in the 2007 World Series of Poker after defeating Scotty Nguyen heads-up. Before the event Elezra had made a side bet with Barry Greenstein laying 10:1 odds that he would win a World Series Bracelet in 2007. He had made the bet for $25,000 and collected $250,000 for his win, resulting in more money than the first place prize in the event that he won.

As of 2008, his total live tournament winnings exceed $1,800,000.

He recently became a Full Tilt Pro after years of playing on the site and has his own H.O.R.S.E table.

In 2009, he appeared on several episodes of Poker After Dark-along with Doyle Brunson and Gabe Kaplan.

Brandon CantuBrandon Cantu (born May 10, 1981 in Vancouver, Washington) is an American professional poker player. Upon winning a bracelet in 2006, Cantu relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada. On March 14, 2007, Cantu became one of only 27 players to ever win both a bracelet (2006) and a World Poker Tour championship (2008).

World Series of Poker
At the $1,500 No-Limit hold’em event in June 2006, Cantu won his first World Series of Poker (WSOP) event outlasting 2,775 players which at the time was the largest Non-Main Event WSOP Tournament, with that he won $757,839 and the WSOP gold bracelet.

At the 2008 World Series of Poker Main Event, Cantu finished in 20th place out of 6844 entries, earning $257,334.

World Poker Tour
Cantu has three cashes at the World Poker Tour (WPT) including finishing 18th place at the Festa Al Lago V in 2006 and 19th place at the World Poker Challenge in 2007, then in March 2008, he won his first WPT title at the Bay 101 Shooting Star championship earning $1,000,000[3] and was nicknamed “The Bounty Hunter” for earning an additional $30,000 in bounties for busting a record six notable poker professionals in the tournament known as “Shooting Stars” who along with their $5000 bounties they also relinquish a custom made t-shirt with that particular players image on it, Cantu’s six bounties were; Bill Edler, John Juanda, Phil Laak, Joe Hachem who finished 20th, J. C. Tran who just missed the six person final table in 7th and Jennifer Harman who finished 3rd, also making the final table were non-designated pros John Phan (6th), Noah Jefferson (4th) and runner-up Steve Sung.

As of 2008, his total live tournament winnings exceed $2,300,000.

Minh LyMinh Ly (born March 24 in Vietnam) is a Vietnamese-American professional poker player based in Temple City, California. He is a regular in “The Big Game” and is married to Lu Binh.

Ly first cashed in the (WSOP) in 2001, finishing 3rd in the $3,000 limit Texas hold ‘em event, and winning $55,870. He also cashed in the $2,000 pot limit hold’em event the same year. The following year, he finished 9th in the WSOP $10,000 no limit hold ‘em main event, winning $85,000. In the 2005 WSOP he had four money finishes, including a second-place finish to Doyle Brunson in the $5,000 short-handed no limit hold ‘em event, and 19th place in the $10,000 Main Event.

Ly also won the 2nd Doyle Brunson North American Poker Championship in Las Vegas on 18 October 2005 when his J 3 outdrew Dan Harrington’s A 5 on a board of 6 9 3 K 7 in the heads-up confrontation to take home the $1,060,050 first prize and his first World Poker Tour (WPT) title.

As of 2008, his total live tournament winnings exceed $2,700,000.

Ly appeared in season 2 of GSN’s television series High Stakes Poker. During his time playing in High Stakes Poker Daniel Negreanu and other players began to jokingly imitate Ly’s heavy accent during hands, which Ly found amusing. Negreanu became particularly well known for the imitation.
